I picked up my GrillGrates last month, they’re way better built than I expected. They feel thick and sturdy, not flimsy or cheap at all, and mine didn’t have any bending or rough edges. I’ve used them several times now, cleaned them after each cook, and they still look great. Based on this set, I’d say these are made with durable material and should hold up for a long time.

I picked these up for my gas grill because I was getting tired of the usual hot spots and uneven cooking. Right from the first cook, I could tell a difference, the heat across the grate felt a lot steadier, and I wasn’t constantly moving food around to avoid burnt edges.

Steaks and chicken both came out more evenly cooked than they usually do, which made grilling a lot less frustrating. Overall, I’m really happy with them and think they were worth buying sooner.

One of my GrillGrates warped a little after I’d used it a ton, so I reached out about the warranty. They replied quickly and sent me a replacement without making it complicated. No endless back and forth or jumping through hoops. it’s nice dealing with a company that actually stands behind its products. I’d definitely recommend them.

Most of the little extras were kind of useless for me. They looked like they were trying to be helpful, but they mostly just ended up sitting in my drawer doing nothing

I ordered the 18-inch set and right away could tell they sent me the wrong size. My first thought was, seriously? Support was fine enough, but it still threw off my weekend cookout, so I’m not exactly thrilled.

I’ve been using my GrillGrates for way more than burgers, steaks, chicken, veggies, even fish — they’ve been great across the board. It’s niiiice having one setup that can handle a bunch of different stuff without making things complicated. It did take me a couple cooks to figure out the heat and get the hang of it, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect right away, but overall I’m really happy with them...

Ordering from grillgrate.com was straightforward for me. I found the size I needed without too much trouble, and checkout was simple, which I appreciated. No strange extra steps or anything that made me feel like they were trying to sneak something into the order.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that a couple pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to stop and double-check which grate actually fit my grill. Part of me wondered if the fit info could be clearer so people don’t accidentally buy the wrong one, but overall it was still a good experience.

This wasn’t the cheapest add-on for my grill, but it literally works really well and feels solid. My food cooks more evenly now, and cleanup has been a lot easier too. It did take me a couple of cooks to get the hang of it, but overall I’m happy with what I spent.

The grill grates are decent and they do the job, but the whole experience was a little annoying. My order took longer to arrive than the posted timeframe, and customer service was slow getting back to me. I also expected clearer instructions for the price, especially since the fit wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. Overall, they’re okay, but I expected a bit less hassle.

I picked these up because I was over dealing with food sticking to my old grates all the time. The first couple times I used them, they seemed alright, but pretty much everything sticks when you’re grilling, so I wasn’t shocked when burgers and chicken still grabbed more than I hoped, even after I oiled them and let them preheat.
Cleaning them wasn’t terrible or anything, but it definitely wasn’t that simple wipe-it-clean situation I had in my head. Maybe I’m missing some magic trick everyone else knows, but for the price, I expected them to be way more nonstick than they were.

I’ve had mine for years now, and it’s still in great shape. I think I bought it back when I was reorganizing a bunch of stuff around the house, and it’s been used regularly since then. No warping or weird bending, and it still works just like it did when I first got it

I ordered these thinking they’d be a simple replacement, but they just didn’t fit my grill right. I was charged like normal and there wasn’t any issue with updates or shipping, but the grates themselves were the problem.

I only used mine for a few cooks and it already started getting rusty... kind of disappointing because I expected it to hold up a lot better.

It was packed well enough that there weren’t any dents, crushed corners, or random mess inside or outside the package. Nothing looked thrown around or damaged, so overall it was a simple, smooth delivery experience...

I found it hard to clean properly. Because of that, using it felt more frustrating than it should have.

The help was fine once they replied, but waiting around when you just need a quick answer was annoying.
